RSU 4 Special Education Records
Record Destruction
The Regional School Unit #4 plans to destroy the education records of former special education students whose birth date is prior to December 31, 1991 or Graduated in or before June 2009. The RSU has decided that these records are no longer needed to provide educational services to the students or to demonstrate that the RSU has provided the students with a free appropriate public education. A permanent record of the student’s name, address, phone number, grades, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed shall be maintained at Oak Hill High School without time limitation. Parents/Guardians and/or former students may obtain their records before August 10, 2018. Records not picked up will be destroyed. Proper identification will be required.
Please submit a written request to: RSU 4, Special Education 971 Gardiner Rd. Wales, ME 04280 by August 10, 2018 if you would like your special education records released to you.

FREE MEALS AVAILABLE
Funded by the USDA and Administered by the RSU #4 School Nutrition Program. RSU #4 provides free meals to children during the summer as part of the USDA Summer School Service Program. There is not paperwork to fill out or residency restrictions. There is not an income requirement and this is for any child under the age of 18. All meals are prepared by the nutrition program staff and designed with kid's nutrition in mind. This summer, meals will be served at Oak Hill Middle School on Monday thru Friday from July 2nd through August 1st breakfast from 7:45 -8:15 and lunch from 12:00-12:30. In addition, July 5th through August 1st at Oak Hill High School we will be serving breakfast from 8:00-8:15 and lunch from 11:00-11:15. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Donna Wade, Food Service Manager at 375-4950.
