Oak Hill Yearbooks and Ads for Grads (Recognition Ads) can be bought from Treering by following this link: https://www.treering.com/purchase?PassCode=1016487350151863
If you haven't visited Treering before you'll need to make an account. It is important that you add your child and their current grade in school. This can be edited / added under profile in the top right if it was not done on sign up. Having the wrong year (or no year entered) may mean you do not see the ability to purchase a Senior Recognition Ad when your student enters their senior year (see below for more info).
Ordering Dates:
Books purchased before May 1st will include a signature insert that will be distributed in May so that students can collect signatures from classmates and staff.
Books purchased before June 6th will be priced at $25 and delivered to the school for summer distribution.
Missed Last Year's Book? Ordering this year's book after June 6th? Treering allows students to purchase previous yearbooks and have them sent directly home for $45.
Senior Specific Info:
Senior Pictures as well as their Senior Questionnaire are due by Thanksgiving. See below for more details.
Pictures:
Must be in portrait orientation (if landscape, they will be cropped).
All photos need to be sent to genesis@rsu4.org
Please give this email to your photographers.
I will send out receipt notices after Thanksgiving.
Senior Questionnaires:
Will be distributed during a Senior Class meeting. The sheet will ask students how they'd like their names to appear, what quote they'd like to use, and what school sports and clubs they've been involved in.
Senior Previews:
Seniors will receive a senior preview (in December or January) by email with their photo, name, quote, and activities to review and make any necessary changes.
Need Help with a Senior Picture?
There are many great photographers in the area, but if that is out of your price range, consider that cell phones can do wonderful things in Portrait Mode. The technological achievements, coupled with the onboard software, make them an incredible tool for this purpose.
Consider: Background, Lighting, and Composition and have fun. Check out previous yearbooks and social medaifor inspiration.

You can celebrate your senior by purchasing and designing your Ad for Grad in Treering.
We offer 2 sizes: 1/8 page for $30 and 1/4 page for $50.
Ads for Grads need to be purchased before graduation.

Frequent Issues Creating Ads in Treering:
You will need to create a Recognition Ad on a computer. A phone will not load the necessary screens.
If you still do not see the ability to create one and are on a computer, please check the settings of your account. The ability to purchase an ad will not show if your child is not listed in 12th grade. Some skip this part when setting up their account.
